The staff are amazing. Really great location with direct access to the train station which was very convenient. The gym and lounge had great views. Loved the amenities at the hotel.

Service top notch , Cleaning of room superb and room amenities excellent. Tit bits and soft drinks available for free Location at Toranomon Hills station on Hibiya line directly connected to the hotel

Facilities was top notch. But what was most memorable was the service from the staff especially for our checkout process including baggage handling and helping me confirm my next Tokyo address with the Taxi Driver. This made my day as I continued my next destination in Tokyo. Lounge area was superb and gym was well equipped. The wait for the lifts was very very shirt which was also good.

Gorgeous styling, spotlessly clean, lovely natural toiletries, amazing view of Tokyo Tower, beautiful classy lounge with free drinks and snacks, and the staff were all extremely friendly and welcoming. Handy location close to the Hibiya and Asakusa lines to easily travel all over Tokyo, or only about 20 minutes walk to Ginza or Roppongi if you want to go shopping. Nice upscale neighbourhood with lots of convenience stores, restaurants, bars and coffee shops nearby.

Breakfast was superb. Clean and modern room with good facilities. Gym was great and we also used the lounge area after checkout before going to the airport which was a nice service.

The staff. There was a young lady who made my son & I feel so welcomed. It was our first trip to Japan & she her professionalism and kindness was amazing.

Beautiful decor. The facilities and amenities were excellent- new, clean and modern. The staff was fantastic- so welcoming and attentive. We are so happy that we found this hotel.

Conveniently located above the subway, lots of food options below. The lounge was the best feature as we had a late night flight, and were able to rest and shower even after check out.
